Usage
Our goal is to provide access and information for the correct usage of Phillips Academy brand assets. Any custom design requests and brand expressions should be sent to the branding team at [email protected].
Brand Guidelines—Ensure the use of approved brand marks, fonts, and colors that identifies the Phillips Academy brand in any way.
Download Official Brand Marks—Approved brand marks are available for download to use for all internal and external projects. Do not use any historical files that were created prior to January 1, 2025.
Use Correct Format—Please ensure you are downloading and using the correct file for your project. There are several different brand marks for print, screen presentations, and web, with color rendering differently depending on the medium. If you’re unsure of which file to use, please contact the branding team.
Include Clear Space— A protected “clear space” around the brand marks designates the minimum zone in which no other graphic element may appear. This keeps brand marks clear of competing visual elements.
Inform External Vendors—When working with vendors, share a link to our official guidelines and confirm compliance for each project.
Questions—Contact the branding team with questions and any special requests if a unique situation requires an exception.
Identity for Departments and Offices
Using a cohesive visual system elevates the Phillips Academy brand, while identifying specific departments and offices. Some departments and offices can request a logo lockup with a one- or two-line name. To request a lockup for your department or office, contact the Communications Office at [email protected]. Examples of the lockup architecture are below.
