Tracy Sweet

Tracy M. Sweet, Chief Communications Officer, oversees Andover’s strategic communications program, creating and connecting messaging across digital/social and print platforms. She works closely with the Head of School’s office, advising on strategy and ghostwriting major speeches and external correspondence. Overseeing editorial and creative services, Tracy also plays a leadership role in admission and advancement marketing initiatives. She also partners with school leadership to manage crisis situations, serving as media spokesperson and liaison with PR counsel. She serves on the NEASC standards committee and ex-officio to the Head of School Search Committee. She previously served on the Equity and Inclusion Working Group and the 2014 Strategic Planning Task Force. Prior to joining Andover, Tracy was Assistant Vice President for Public Relations and Director of News and Information at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. She holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire.
